The model is find out what the trendiest buzz words are in otc pink stocks and start press releases on them to pump the “company” and then don’t do a darn thing for 4 years. Maybe pirate off from a 3rd party into a half baked webpage that is of completely no use. He saw everyone jumping on band wagon for pot and bitcoin and block chain and he invented in his head a business model that uses all 3. Now what ever he proposes to do, no one will pay him a dime for his services and he won’t make a penny. And even if he did, not one sliver would end up making its way to a common stock holder. Sg just created a whole new wave of investors to be pissed off at him. How he was able to do this a third time and still pull it off is beyond me.
