You should read the recent response from GPL Ventures. They claim Kate didn't disclose the Lattuca litigation in regards to their financing. We are all going to learn a whole lot more about the GPL Ventures/Kate/Ray relationship in the next few months. I don't know if learning details of how $119k is paid for stock with a market value of over $1 Million is going to impact share price, if at all.
