It would appear that while the news PR was great from a positive tone, it was not the news some traders hoped for and the stock sold off again. Just need to get wind of financing or news from scandium testing to de-risk the project further.
Tough year here for the longs and 2018 should be our watershed moment. Make or break time for the company and I believe Mark Smith will deliver.
