he lied about doing the last reverse split, even in a conference call, so yeah what happened 3 years ago matters now because it's been at no-bid for almost all of 2017 and that was his excuse for the last reverse split.
Amazing, what happened with any OTC stock 3 year ago is absolutely useless information today.
