He's probably asleep. The post was from the night before last. Only a few were on board chatting late night. He just put it out there and then kept researching and would come back with more info. Read his post timeline.
I don't know the methods or IP addresses or anything, but he seemed pretty knowledgeable and sincere.
Looks like the word is out now, and hopefully he can come back with some of the technicals so that others can verify, but from what I could tell it was just focused and intelligent tracing back and hunting around the web.
