What you posted has absolutely nothing to do with providing proof of ownership of Bitcoins - you just posted a few buzzwords.
And BITCF did provide proof of ownership.
Schaefer has had 2+ years to provide proof and hasn't done anything but provide a paragraph in a unaudited financial statement - and once again Schaefer acquires the Bitcoins from a unnamed company.
