There would have to be some evidence of insider selling. There hasnt been any dilution on this run at all. Just good old retail trading. Until there becomes a reason to halt and a good one there is no reason for it.

By selling a mean pumping it up and dropping large numbers of shares. Insiders are allowe to sell at different points for different reasons.

Theres a lot more behind that story. It's going to be the "big" deal that the Markets will be talking about years from now. Look closely at related tickers and the Triangular Reverse Merger all lead by some of the brightest minds out there. FYI
