I have never liked that move, Chinese do as they please and it's like letting the Fox in the Hen House. Hope it works out, if it was such a good move why did we need to add additional shares to the Kitty while there was going to be this large infusion of Chinese investment rather than chasing toxic loans from lending institutions know for their predatory lending practices. Many answers and excuses I'm sure but time is running out on the investors that have been here since the beginning. We have time but time is going to run out soon.

Also, i totally agree with China's IP security issues. Here's my favorite example. Though a bit dated it does cut to the heart of the matter; as the Chinese government has interests in Chinese corporations, they are highly unlikely to side with the original IP owner.
