I do not see anything about raping by Israel in that passage. Stcgg, the Lord God commanded His people to cleanse the promised land of people who denied the one true God for worship of themselves and other gods. Don't worry about the cleansing of the promised land 4000 years ago as much as focusing on the time of grace and the lamb ending in the future, and then Jesus the lion cleansing the promised land one more time for all eternity.
