Balance, I think it is good for you to open the discussion on these points and alert all of the board.

Whether there is an active takeover atttempt is not definite.

Personally, I have always wondered about the SP dipping when it ought to be going higher.

I just don't know if all the fault could be placed on Electick and friends.

I do have to add that Brandhuber did appear to be sincere and rooting for ERHC in his personal Emails to shareholders.

Perhaps he was used to notes coming from a non-public consulting company rather than being a public company officer.

But it will always be an enigma why the PRs about our great PSC's were so late and poorly written and why the letter to shareholders did not appear over at least four months, until after the raid. And then there was not postive news to tell.

I know you believe you have solved the enigma.

Balance - you make toooo much out of the "associates" comment by Electick, IMO. You have associates, ie: people you associate with, don't you. I know I do. I would bet that Walldog does .... and maybe even Art, but I kinda doubt that, lol. If I ran with a group of investors who all invested in, followed and analyzed, a particular stock - would that be a sinister thing? I think not ... and I think you have it wrong here.

BTW, I'm behind in the posts and responding as I catch up. If I'm redundant or 'behind the story', I apologize.
