they recently did two filings describing their intentions to add billions of shares and the conclusion reached is they are doing a buy back???

"Maybe JF and BOD are doing some buy back" - or may be some insiders-officials loading in control prices, like some said earlier in this board -we might see some FORM-4's shortly if business really picking up...who knows. But that will lift stock and bring back whales & newbies...imho
