No where in the s1 does it state proceeds from the notes goes towards the Enertrade deal. Just a lot of wishful thinking. Some people never see the writing on the wall. I have seen people warning others away on other boards all the way down to the reverse split. Those same people convince themselves the rs is necessary and a good thing.
You really still believe the notes converting millions of shares at a time is not the problem??? Dilution is necessary for some stocks others use it to line their pockets. Which is this one??
