The definition of a ‘pump-n-dump’ is the company ‘pumps’ our PR after PR to inflate the price while ‘dumping’ shares into the market. There has been nothing of the sorts here. In fact there has been constant support buying up the shares without tanking the price. People\groups have been quietly loading for months. If this was a ‘pump-n-dump’ the company would not have been silent all these months.

I wouldn't say "there sure is a lot of pump", quite the opposite actually, "there sure is a lot of bash" and nothing substantial to discredit this perfectly legitimate company.

Since these are the Official Merger documents dated November 3rd which falls in the fiscal Q4, consolidated fins HAVE to come out in the 10-K. Basic public trading company, public knowledge. Expect fireworks.
