Oh, I would say when the MM that underwrites it stops paying shills to hype it up. When the shares no longer trade the MM will drop it. Until then you get what we see every day.
jack: They won't. Look into a compartitive stock, TVOG, and try to figure out why they won't and why FINRA as well CAN'T just stop a stock from trading.
