I agree this is way to many shares out there, but rs would be crazy since they done a 1.4 billion reduction. Common sense tells me y waste money on 1.4 billion share reduction when you could have just done a reverse split in the first place. So no RS.

Thats the share reduction. He didnt say whose shares were being reduced.
