Good info,but have you noticed on the 2nd or 3rd page they spelled Steve's last name wrong? Bernan instead of Berman.

Everyone should read Article III, which explains the merger. What merger? That's why you should read it.

Soon, your ONCI stock will disappear, to be replaced by Hexagon shares. It may be untradeable for a few days. The new stock may have a number for a ticker. The new ticker comes from Finra. ONCI stock probably won't change until the ticker is approved. When stock is held up at a brokerage during such intervals, sometimes you can still trade it by calling the brokerage.
