You have asserted that even once proven oil is known, it will not be valued as highly as other well managed companies.
The Chinese don't care about "the Offor factor". When proven is known, if they want it, they will pay for it... beyond full fair market value, if necessary.
Electick....the SEO problem probably burdens only that of the association trying to take over this company with a lowballed price. Said association owning many millions of shares could easily manipulate this stock price. Very aggressive.
I think there's a good chance SEO will wait for proven and get a fair price for the assets. I doubt shareholder pressure through an anti-Offor campaign will be enough to make him feel forced to sell at a below value price. An interesting attempt at leveraging though.
