Will CEO Hansson's family invest in this deal? After all, they sold 90% of their holding over $11 a share last year. Surely they think this price is a "STEAL".
Get it? STEAL--as in Hansson stealing from shareholders with insider trading. Taking a paycheck is a form of stealing--given the "investment returns" suffered by shareholders.
I can appreciate managerial mistakes--but I cannot forgive his pumping his stock on CNBC before his family sold and I really cannot stomach his "holier-than-thou" attitude he has with Wall Street analysts.
