I have to say there is a possibility about a sale or significant partnership. That would help explained why they have gone dark on social media and have been very quiet other than SEC filings. In truth, I am not even sure I understand the delisting status.

But given they have been approached before and said no, why now?

I have also heard the tax loss benefit would also be a sweet incentive.
