I am that 'guy' Jugs was talking about. In small tranches, I acquired a total of 1,000 shares today in 200 and 300 lots. My CB is about $14.50. Just as he said, I am happy with my not waiting for the proverbial 'dip' and see NGL's future as offering enough potential in the short & long run.
I too have maintained dry powder to take advantage of any future 'dips' and will buy more at that time.
Jugs has been a very valuable friend and mentor over more than a few years to me. And, I always appreciate him putting up with my sometimes erratic responses and value his counsel greatly. GLTA! Go NGL!
