The PI was made public that day and I commented on the onerous TLS prophylaxis. That's what's been keeping people from using Venclexta, I think.

MURANO data looks great and AEs don't mention TLS, but I think prophylaxis is not going to get any easier. Should knock out BR as the SoC in 2L if people can get over TLS.
