from the PR: Of the 61 patients randomized, 46 patients met the cumulative radiation dose criteria of at least 55 Gy

Maybe people died in the meantime, couldnt take any more radiation ... all sorts of reasons why the number went to 46 (39 pp).
This is a trial, things like that happen ...
Consider this: 60% of the people did not get severe OM in the bril group!!! Ask them how they feel!

It’s easy to square. Don’t get too excited over small sample sizes. Comparing interim om to full data set should be a harsh reminders to the prurisol truthers that believe the 2a for P tells us anything.

THe interim sample size was NINE. Meaningless. These are better numbers, although the sample is still small.

Results warrant a phase 3, but ABSSSI would be a better use of phase 3$, as it is a lock versus Vancomycin.
