I think the word is they will continue to raise more capital and use stock as acquisition capital too. This is just a starting point.

Could be up to 8 million cash going into

escrow account to fund company

operations and so forth, if

the 5 ships being courted are

all priced about the same...


Mr. Helm isn't going to attempt

this type voyage without

the cash funded escrow needed

to assure success with 0

interest money still floating

out there everywhere...


We should all see final

numbers soon with other filings...


My best guess is minimum

5 to 6 million cash escrow

account to start...


That's not a huge amount to

start operating with in

a 5 vessel company...LJ
