Is this the real reason to why the TRW-divindend has been delayed? I.e they've purposely delayed it until post TRW-loan so that they are cash-positive to perform the dividend?

Interesting to see that we can be positively affected by the presidency in the US. I guess we should have seen that coming with all the "alternative facts" and "fake news" on this board ;-)

? How? From what I understand - please check and correct - SIAF will not have to pay those taxes if we have (cash) dividends from CA? I.e SIAF should spin of and distribute CA-shares before CA explodes in value :-)
