That is all up to the involved parties and what was contracted. My point is I don't believe Mazars would allow and OTC pink sheet company to use their name if there was not an agreement or negotionations taking place.
Mazars would not want to be affiliated with a company on the OTC that they are not engaged with as it could potentiall hurt their reputation and I highly doubt that they are not aware that they were mentioned in a PR, firms such as these are fully aware of when there name comes up in news or PR's
so if this is all fake why have we not heard from Mazars or why haven;t they made Steve retract the statement
