I agree. Tom is accomplished.. but the convertible debt coming due today if could drive the pps quite low.. we could see another 50% drop. I really didnt have this realization until I took the time to really read that last 10q. Today notes are due on 475k+ of debt at a conversion ceiling at .0005.. that's nearly a billion shares. Even if only 30%-50% of the shares are sold we're looking at a major impact on share price.. and then shortly will be maxed out on AS. The deals we are closing at BVTK take time.. I used to be in government contracting.. and have closed many large commercial deals as well in my career. Sometimes they take as long as a year to close. We're talking about major dollars. The issue is the debt is outrunning the receivables and cutting into shareholder value.
