Once again , if he had the funding who would he send? he has no one...He is not in charge of operations for the DEA or FBI or IRS etc.......He has to remain neutral as his investigators investigate operations for misconduct like civil rights violations......
If you want a nervous nelly feeling, he could send a memo asking the IRS to investigate and have them freeze all companies bank accts once those entities take in money from rec sales and deposit them in an FDIC bank. I only suggest that since an expert here informed us that Marijuana companies do use banks and dont hold their cash in sacks in the basement...........IMHO

I believe that the State of California is now trying to open a "State run" bank for cannabis companies..... They better hurry up.....IMHO
What about funds supporting raids of Recreational MJ?
My whole point is the Rohrabacher Farr amendment DOES NOT protect recreational, and nobody has cracked down on any Rec States... So I don't know what everyone is concerned about.
