I disagree that anyone can just walk away otherwise the court has no teeth! If such were the case it would be a free for all.

If the Six Year Time Allowance was something that needed to be strictly adhered to ...BY LAW....and it goes by with the above response...

We/escrow's legal representation...doesn't exist...and neither does any claim that is supposedly "due" us... IMO
