Yes so where do you think DP and Bravatek fall into this scenario? Neither has any past performance criteria. How does this translate to them or anyone associated with them receiving government contracts at any tier? It’s not hard to register to do business directly with the government and it doesn’t cost anything. The problem for many sham companies is the representations and certifications part of the process. Any legitimate company can be registered in SAM, have a DUNS# and be issued a cage code allowing them to bid on government contracts. Being a responsive bidder and reviving an award is another thing entirely. Can you explain why these 2 power houses have not endeavored to complete this simple process? LOL.
