Looks like its the same old POS “dilute into oblivion” song and dance.

That’s not a fact, that’s speculation. A Fact is something that is indisputably the case such as Strickland increased the AS by over 5 Billion shares, AND already issued over 800,000,000 additional shares to the outstanding - over 235,000,000 added in the last week.
