They don’t have to file because SEC reporting. What’s strange about this whole thing is. Everyone is crying that the AS will be raised...but that would mean the company would have to have merged to get the court order to raise the AS...but that would mean the Peabody wasn’t lying...but that would mean the Utah SOS would be updated...but that would mean name/symbol/change...the debt I’ll concede is real. They can only pay off half of it with the remaining room on the OS. So either they will have to do all the above and the Merger occurred the company moves forward with a larger share structure with more dilution (which means the argument about this being a scam is wrong, it’s just a toxic debt issue) or the partnerships Will lead so product release (and I can’t predict what could happen there).
