It's the OTC and speculation is the name of the game. You are talking about a stock well under .01 that has potential in this sector to have 1000%-10,000% gains from here short term. Paying a small premium down here is well worth it for the ridiculous upside potential. Maybe the OTC is not for you. You need to do a lot of DD to unearth some gems in this cesspool. This ticker has not began returning to life from speculation alone.....there is a reason.
