the downside for CETX is almost a 100% loss once it announces that ALL PREVIOUSLY ISSUED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS CANNOT BE RELIED UPON and have to be RESTATED, its stock trading gets suspended by the SEC and both the SEC and DOJ filed fraud charges against CETX, its officers/directors, consultants, promoters and auditors
its going to get ugly
real ugly for CETX sometime in the near future
exactly - huge value here low downside - huge upside imo
