Probably the company they are acquiring...most likely their lawyers looked over everything to make sure that GAHC is all good on the books. Or, perhaps GAHC has new lawyers that found corrections. Either way, it’s probably a good thing. JBosean and Industrialist will have a really interesting children’s story to make up here, I can’t wait to see what they claim is the reason.
