Thanks WeeZuhl for a great post. I have been here for over 6 years now and place great stock in what you have to say. It is very difficult, in view of all of the setbacks and the time that it takes to get corrections through the FDA, to continue to have faith in the company. However, you have many more shares than I do and if you continue to believe that it will happen, I'm with you. Thank you.

But the antagonist ADF tech the company was originally based on was way before its time

total nonsense, ever hear of embeda, ever look at the patents that many others had, most notably Oshlack? remember, elite had to squeak around Oshlack's patents to even get issued. Oh, and by the way this ahead of its time technology seems to be a bit problematic (hi Tmax). I prefer my history to be factually correct

WeeZuhl, I appreciate the time you have taken to share your insites and inject some humor into this board. Your posts are thoughtful and knowledgeable, ty. I too have been a shareholder since the lodrane days. The wait has been frustrating, but I know that elite has something worth waiting for. I am well aware of their pipeline and filings. I can hear in Nasrats voice he is working hard and he believes his efforts will be rewarded.

Us longs must remember that a bit of good news can and will turn this company/stock around in a hurry. A lot is being worked on at elite per the last cc. Nasrat has had the patience to wait, and so do I. Here's to hearing some good news out of elite closing out 2017 and throughout 2018.

(1) Why did Adam Usdan attempt a hostile takeover of Elite in 2009? Was it to take over the ELI-216 technology or to stop it from ever going commercial?
(2) What was Adam Usdan reaction when Jerry Treppel and Chris Dick thwarted the hostile takeover by forming a partnership with Epic?
(3) Did Adam Usdan act alone or was he partnered with others in the hostile acts against Elite?
(4) Was Trellus part of a cohort that Shorted Elite’s PPS from dollars to pennies and thereby prevented Elite from raising monies to support the ELI-216 phase III trials?
(5) Why did Adam Usdan divide the remaining 10% ownership of 18.9 mil into 4 ownerships so that each was less than 5% and therefore did not require Form 4 filings?
