I would say the company is frustrated with what is appearing on the stock price and what they know is true. More going on, but they are being manipulated by outside forces discrediting their growth - I'd be frustrated too and lash out a bit too !
Yes it was posted incomplete. But if you understand the company and where they are going they are correct to say they may have to. Ultimately they intend to up list to QB so will need PPS of 0.01 or better for I think 60 days. Will check on that but off the top of my head I think so. They are saying they may have to if this manipulation doesn't stop. I think name and CUSIP will clean it up. They will need do filings as well. GLTY
