#31446 RE: fmgrana #31445

In order to even think of doing anything about manipulative shorts the company would need to prove enough manipulation has occurred to cause the SEC to pull the blue sheets...and sadly the way the manipulation has occurred here over the past 3 and a half years there's not enough evidence to present a valid case.

We can all sit here and complain about the clear and blatant shorting and manipulation tricks that have occurred at times(including the upwards manipulation on the fake buyout news)...but from the outside looking in no matter how frustrating the manipulation and shorting has been at times...mgmt. has access to the nobo/obo lists, the DTC sheets and shareholder position reports...and if there was true provable manipulation between certain accounts to present to the SEC I'm sure they would be glad to do it...which tells us that whoever's responsible for certain manipulative games is sophisticated and advanced enough to not leave an easy evidence trail worthy of submitting to the SEC...all in my opinion of course.

PS: The only 100% proven way to drive out manipulation and shorting in any stock(especially this one)...is to deliver sustained positive material results that constantly raises the valuation metrics that the market masses in general will apply here.

Getting the SEC to pull the blue sheets on any PubCo is a tall task and rarely ever occurs...so again, imo the more significant questions that the market needs answers on are what this mgmt. teams vision is for next year forward on strategy and development

fmgrana- The big problem with IPCI is they have no idea on how to commercialize and monetize their technology. I have no idea what the VP of Commercial Operations does at IPCI. You are right, he should be exploring emerging markets like Amazon, etc. But sadly I think this VP does absolutely nothing to try and market products/IP/design services, etc. THINK ABOUT IT. ONE COMMERCIAL DEAL WITH MNK SINCE PAR DEAL... Makes you wonder...

they seem to be disconnected with the markets; at ipci it is not clear the difference between being a listed company and a private one.

they cannot do anything about the share price and shorts Attacks?

guys, sum it with the positive news-negative day behaviour and I wonder how we will avoid delisting next year .

Only a big partnership, which to me is not going to happen due to Odidi deatchment with real world.

Impact re: upcoming meeting. It is their lack of guidance that is bringing them down right now coupled with nothing going on for the next couple of years all equals more dilution and the Odidis do not seem to care. Remember they own LESS than 25%.
Please mention they should take a big cut in pay till we at least reach the break even point which unfortunately I do not feel is in the near future. More players for Seroquel possibly means our numbers will be decreasing soon on that front.
They really need to sell themselves out or get a significant partnership as we can not keep on going on like this for 2+ years without further significant deterioration of the stock price.
Critical thinking and common sense are the key, which do not exist at IPCI. They are too enamored in remembering what happened at their prior company. That is history and we stockholders don't give a damn about it.

I would now jump at taking $1.15/share just so I can limit my losses a pinch.
