My understanding is that all but 1 of the notes have been bought out by Mammoth. The 1 note is GS Capital. They have something like $ 52K. Based on my count, I believe they are almost done.
Mammoth will apparently be taken care of through bank financing. This is supposed to be happening soon apparently.
