Float is maxed just shy of 2 billion. No One is converted anymore notes lately and nothing is being diluted from any converted notes or there would be evidence shown in the form of T-trades especially with the 500 million share volume days.
Wash trading, scared selling, and naked shorting all combined to create this situation is all this is.

That is not True. I have spoken to the company and there is no selling going on! Company has even tweeted that they are not selling.
