The theory being that are using the pursuit of RMAT to raise the stock price while knowing they will never be approved is my theory. My theory also includes them by proxy shorting the stock in June before the Friday after hours announcement by blog of not pursing it anymore(as why else would anyone even imagine doing that)knowing it would crash the stock price. My theory also includes them loading at the bottom and now are ready to take it back up with more RMAT pursuit. Whatever theory you are typing about is yours.
