Any shares in the OS have already been sold by the company, so 'reserving' any of them would be like reserving your shares to sell to someone else...So, no, they can't reserve shares they have already sold.

No. When it is “issued” it is by definition part of the OS. It is one of the reasons you often see the words combined “issued and outstanding”.

And a company cannot hold its own stock as part of the OS.

If the stock is restricted or held by an insider it is not considered part of the float however...ie. Not free trading...but still part of the OS.

In the case of BVTK the float and OS are pretty close.
