I think its 4) the uncertainty has scared investors and once the cloud of uncertainty is lifted (de-listing or not), the stock will likely rise. I did some research on other de-listed stocks when the news of the de-listing happened. One of two things will happen, the stock will go to zero or it will move toward pre de-lising levels.

It all boils down to is this an ethically ran operation and legitimate business? I think it is. I could be wrong, but I put 25k of my hard earned money in and think in the long run, I will be right about this call.

I'd also like to say the last stock i was down 50% in, I got out because I got scared only to see it double from my buy in. Being scared is a losing mentality for investors. Emotion is not a good thing when investing. I have learned from that am when I make a decision to buy now, it because I believe the company has something special to offer. Huff is an idealist, but not a crook. I think he's on to something at the right time. I honestly think that GTE will do very well. I'm not a pumper, that is my honest belief.

Desert,
<<Now, what do I think? I think GTE will be delisted, they will move to OTCBB and we go up over the next few weeks, even if there is an initial further slide. so, this is a buying opportunity, and clearly a lot of folks agree with that assessment based on today's action>>

Wouldn't they already be delisted? Isn't today the deadline? Isn't now apparent that GTE is not going to be delisted? Not sure. Actually, maybe not until 6pm deadline today. Does anyone know when exactly a decision will be made?
