So what exactly makes this a pump? The company pursues Texas RTT because it is very profitable. The company still pursues RMAT, but this time with FDA experienced legal counsel. Is it bad to pursue RMAT? They stated back in April that they plan on continuing to pursue once the FDA provides guidelines. Continued pump???? Or just good business decision? I guess when they announced that their revenues doubled from quarter to quarter they were pumping their success.
Based on their latest Q, the first Q of 2018 should show profitability as the benefits from eliminating their toxic financing and reducing their debt fall off the financials (amortization and depreciation). I hope they don't put out their Q then, because such good news may be considered pumping.
