I plead my ignorance Tenkay. I really don't understand how an equity investor is any different than anyone buying the stock. Can you please explain how a private placement works? You say they buy from the company in a private placement. Does the company have stock set aside for this? Where does the stock they are buying come from? IF it's the OS then how is that different form any investor big or small? Thanks
