The misinformation has originated from Hanks - he has duped many rookie investors that don't understand the oil sector.

Hanks didn't file a 8-K about the land purchase - the terms are hilarious - $10 plus other considerations.

The price has dropped since the groundbreaking ceremony - in which Hanks didn't file a 8-K about the financing (just as predicted).

Why wouldn't any investor research Hanks before investing - the answer is that OTCM investors believes the nonsense in the press releases and 8-Ks.
