My bad. I was under the impression the PR said “when complete” Meaning IN THE PROCESS OF A MERGER. Oh yeah so unless there’s a way to see what FINRA is working on approving them I’d say - wait and see but the 8k material event is filed and company is reporting to OTC (there’s a filing they did to be allowed that option)
