No, there isn't. But Cryptocurrency Corp, which was formed in Nevada on 27 November--it did not exist on 1 November, when the Agreement and Plan of Merger was supposedly signed--has an a/s of 300 million shares:

IFXY has an a/s of 2 billion shares:

In the Agreement and Plan of Merger, it says Cryptocurrency Corp's a/s is 2 billion shares, but it's the NVSOS that's official.

"NUV SUB", also referenced in the Agreement and Plan of Merge, has not yet been formed in Nevada, despite the company's claim that it has.
