Will ALL new BODs be privy to ALL sealed court records from any and all records that were made available to former BODs?

I think this is where it may be important, because no deals of any kind should be negotiated unless ALL new BODs at Peregrine has all the information at their finger tips ...and IF not, then they may be legally ok to approve any such breadcrumbs deals

An attempt will be made to make new BODs dumb as far as all the circumstances surrounding Peregrine PS Targeting IP

A BP would like to pick up PS Targeting as cheaply as possible and now with new BODs, their fiduciary duties have now come where they must seek all information that was sealed records etc ....

I have some ideas ....that would legally place new BODs in a situation where they would not be meeting fiduciary duty so unless they ask for all information ....
