Only open-minded research can produce insight .....

You seem unable to support your assertions about the SEC and FINRA being the "good-guys" ..... "here to help Investors" .....

Both the SEC and FINRA have an allegedly shady past as regulatory agencies ..... Public information disclosed by a "Rolling Stone" article relative to allegations the SEC destroyed approximately 15,000 MUI files some years ago has not been addressed ..... If it had been "fake news" a retraction would have most likely been required of "Rolling Stone" or facing the prospect of a damaging lawsuit ..... yet one finds no tangible evidence of either likelihood happening .....

Also ..... I feel certain Senator Grassley would have stinging comments relative to the ethical demeanor of the SEC ..... since they allegedly refused to cooperate with his repeated requests for information some years ago relative to the "Madoff affair" which the SEC apparently "enabled" as a continuing predatory scam by choosing to do NOTHING when alerted to potential problems ..... which resulted in "mushrooming losses" for Madoff Investors .....

The link to the revealing "Rolling Stone" article alleging corrupt SEC regulatory practices can be located in an older post I made about a month ago ..... It is your responsibility to locate it and critique it on a substantive factual basis ..... if you expect anyone to embrace your opinion about the SEC having a moral or ethical backbone .....

In the past ..... "Rolling Stone" has been taken to task whenever they may have erroneously posted inaccurate or misleading information ..... though one does not find this to be the case relative to the dicey SEC allegations about the willful destruction of their own MUI evidenciary files some years ago .....

Best Wishes
