Hahaha, yes. I feel like an idiot for missing that. I knew the whole deck obviously did seem to be our business plan.

So it certainly looks like 62.5% of $50M. Earlier than most would like but it just may be .008 buyout next month.

There could also be more to the story, I kinda hope there is but if not I'll take 4x.

HAHAHAAAAAAAAAA!!!! You are spot on they already enter into a binding agreement. After the IPO we might just merge into them. With 62.5% VIVA will take over their operation. This is lead back to my original theory and that is the way they move on to Nasdaq. Wowwwwwwww.
